Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.

2. Manage and grow brand presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

3. Create quality content (posts, stories, reels, videos) showcasing properties, events, and company highlights.

4. Plan and schedule monthly content calendars for multiple real estate projects.

5. Run paid ad campaigns on social media to generate leads and optimize ROI.

6. Monitor trends, competitors, and industry updates to keep the brand digitally relevant.

7. Engage with the audience, respond to queries, and manage community interactions.

8. Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.

9. Analyze performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate sector.

3. Strong knowledge of real estate marketing trends and social media platforms.

4. Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).

5. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

6. Ability to create effective social media marketing strategies and campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
