We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven
Social Media Manager
to oversee our brand's presence across all social media platforms. This role will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing daily posts, analyzing performance metrics, and helping us grow and engage our online communities. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of social trends, content strategy, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce compelling visuals and messaging.
Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, best practices, and platform updates.
Manage paid social campaigns, influencer partnerships, and giveaways where applicable.
Report on ROI and key performance indicators to stakeholders.
