Key Responsibilities

Develop, script, and produce

engaging social media content

, including reels, shorts, and promotional videos. Confidently appear on camera and participate in videos. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute content aligned with client goals. Manage and grow

social media platforms

(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) for multiple client accounts.

Research

current trends and digital innovations to keep content fresh and relevant. Write effective

captions, scripts, and social content

tailored to each brand's voice. Ensure timely

posting, engagement

, and overall account performance management.

Candidate Profile

Confident, well-groomed, and camera-friendly personality. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English. Creative thinker with a deep understanding of social media platforms and content trends. Strong scripting and storytelling skills for short-form content. Basic knowledge of editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar platforms. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple client accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

Female candidates preferred for on-camera content. Previous experience in content creation, influencer marketing, or media is a plus. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or other scheduling tools is desirable.
