We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Social Media Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and executing growth strategies across various channels. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (reels, static posts, stories, carousels) Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve Respond to comments and messages to maintain community engagement Coordinate with the design and content teams to maintain brand consistency Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and optimize strategy accordingly Collaborate with influencers and partners when required Plan and manage monthly content calendars and campaign launches

Requirements

1-3 years of proven experience in managing social media for brands or agencies Strong understanding of each platform's algorithm and best practices Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools (bonus if you know Adobe tools) Strong copywriting and communication skills Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Ads is a plus Familiar with content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Creator Studio) Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field Previous agency experience is a plus Portfolio or links to handled pages will be appreciated
