About the Role:
We're looking for a highly proactive and creative Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and influencer marketing efforts. This role goes beyond just posting -- we need someone who's hands-on with content creation, understands performance-driven marketing, and is confident working directly with influencers and customers. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, with a good eye for design and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
*Social Media Management
Manage and grow all company-managed social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Strategize and execute content plans aimed at boosting follower growth and engagement, especially on Instagram.
Monitor trends and algorithm updates to ensure content relevance and reach.
*Digital Marketing & SEO
Run social media campaigns with performance tracking and reporting.
Execute basic SEO practices to improve visibility and reach.
Monitor KPIs and analytics to continuously optimize strategies.
*Influencer Marketing
Source, select, and onboard influencers aligned with brand values and campaign goals.
Negotiate and close influencer collaboration deals.
Build and maintain relationships with creators, ensuring timely deliverables and campaign alignment.
*Content Creation & Video Editing
When needed, personally create reels, promotional videos, and short-form content for influencers, ad creatives, or the brand itself.
Direct or assist influencers in creating high-performing video content.
Coordinate shoot planning when required.
*Design & Creative Assets
Design marketing materials (social posts, banners, thumbnails, etc.) using Canva or similar tools.
Ideally have working knowledge of tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro for higher-end graphics or editing needs.
Ensure consistent branding across all visual content.
*Customer & Community Handling
Manage new customer onboarding from the marketing/social side.
Respond to messages and community interactions in a timely, friendly manner.
Collect feedback from customers and influencers to refine our social approach.
*What We're Looking For:
2+ years of proven experience in Social Media Management, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Content Strategy.
Strong portfolio of social media content and/or influencer campaign work.
Hands-on skills in Canva (mandatory); knowledge of Adobe Suite or other editing tools is a strong plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
Deep understanding of what works on different platforms (especially Reels/short-form video).
Experience working with performance-driven brands or agencies is a bonus.
*Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience running paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
Basic photography or video production skills
Past experience onboarding and managing creators at scale
Interest or background in influencer-driven or UGC-style brands

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
