to lead our online brand presence across platforms. This role is responsible for building community, increasing engagement, and delivering impactful storytelling through content and campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Create and manage monthly content calendars.
Plan and publish posts, reels, stories, and videos aligned with brand tone.
Monitor trends and adapt content for healthcare awareness, patient education, and brand visibility.
Content Creation & Coordination
Write engaging, platform-specific copy (in English and Hinglish/Hindi as needed).
Work with designers and video editors for creatives, reels, and testimonials.
Curate real-time hospital stories, patient journeys, doctor bytes, and events.
Engagement & Analytics
Respond to comments, messages, and DMs to build community and trust.
Track KPIs: reach, engagement, followers, shares, saves, etc.
Share weekly performance reports with insights and next steps.
Campaigns & Collaborations
Run targeted social media campaigns (awareness weeks, health days, etc.).
Coordinate with influencers, patient ambassadors, and content partners.
Support digital ads team with organic content boosting and retargeting creatives.
