Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Social Media Management:

Handle day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement for client social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Content Planning:

Develop and manage monthly content calendars in collaboration with design and content teams.

AI Tools & Automation:

Use tools like ChatGPT, DeepSeek, and other AI-powered platforms to create engaging captions, strategies, and optimize workflows.

Strategy Development:

Research trends, competitors, and industry insights to build effective social media strategies for clients.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor analytics (reach, engagement, followers, leads) and prepare reports to measure campaign success.

Requirements:



Minimum

2 year of experience

in managing social media (Instagram, facebook & linkedin) for different industry verticals Proficiency in

Canva

and basic design understanding. Familiarity with

ChatGPT/DeepSeek/other AI tools

for content creation and growth strategies. Experience in preparing and executing

content calendars

. Strong coordination skills to manage tasks between content, design, and client teams. Strong written communication skills and ability to adapt brand voices.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
