Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., text, images, videos, stories, polls).
Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube.
Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to engage.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency.
Run and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with current trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
Manage the online reputation of the brand by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Proven track record of growing and managing social media communities.
Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proficiency with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
