We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with a passion to join our team.
Role Overview:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our Instagram strategy to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of Instagram trends, analytics, and best practices to create compelling content and foster a vibrant community.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Create and execute a comprehensive Instagram strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
Research and analyze Instagram trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to inform strategy.
Content Creation:
Develop high-quality, visually appealing content including posts, stories, reels, and IGTV videos.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and copywriters to ensure brand consistency.
Content Management:
Plan and schedule Instagram content using social media management tools.
Monitor and manage Instagram account(s) daily, including responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Community Engagement:
Engage with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to build and maintain a strong online community.
Organize and execute Instagram campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase engagement and reach.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze performance metrics using Instagram Insights and other analytics tools.
Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with other departments to gather content ideas and leverage cross-channel opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Proven experience managing Instagram accounts for brands or organizations.
Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Instagram advertising and paid promotions.
Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships.
