Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute

social media strategies

to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X). Create, curate, and manage

high-quality visual and written content

aligned with the brand's tone and marketing goals. Plan and maintain a

monthly social media calendar

in collaboration with the design and content teams. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like

Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Insights

. Run and optimize

paid social media campaigns

to achieve marketing objectives (traffic, engagement, or conversions). Stay updated with

latest trends, platform updates, and digital marketing innovations

to keep content fresh and relevant. Coordinate with internal teams for campaign assets, creative requirements, and performance reviews. Manage

community engagement

-- respond to messages, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Requirements



1-2 years of proven experience in

Social Media Management or Digital Marketing

(agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and content trends. Hands-on experience with

Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads,

, or similar tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?14,278.39 - ?25,369.17 per month
