Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Create engaging and visually appealing posts, reels, and stories that align with brand voice and identity
Manage daily posting, engagement, and community building
Plan monthly content calendars and campaigns
Track analytics and performance metrics to optimize growth and engagement
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for ad campaigns and brand initiatives
Stay updated with current trends, tools, and algorithms on all social media platforms
Handle influencer collaborations and partnerships (if applicable)
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Digital Marketer
Strong understanding of current trends and audience engagement strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think creatively and analytically
Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
Knowledge of paid promotions and ad campaigns (preferred but not mandatory
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1 to 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Proven success in running social media campaigns and growing brand visibility
Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
Excellent copywriting and content ideation skills
Familiarity with design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Strategic mindset with a creative flair and attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the Edtech or education industry
Basic video editing and reel-making experience
Influencer outreach or brand collaboration experience
