Position Summary:

Cosmo Radiance, Hyderabad's leading aesthetic clinic, seeks a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate our brand's digital presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to showcase our world-class services, engage our community, and drive client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a content calendar for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). Create sophisticated and engaging content, including before-and-after showcases, patient testimonials, educational videos, and live sessions with our specialists. Grow our online community by fostering engagement and responding to inquiries with a professional and empathetic tone. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to reach our target audience and generate leads. Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the beauty, wellness, healthcare, or luxury brand sector. Demonstrable success in growing social media accounts and running effective campaigns. Excellent copywriting, content creation, and communication skills. Strong understanding of social media analytics and advertising tools. A keen eye for high-quality aesthetics and brand consistency.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Create engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, videos, and stories. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the aesthetic and beauty industry. Assist in managing email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
