The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of proven experience managing social media strategy, content, campaigns, and a team of digital creatives including graphic designers and video editors. You will play a key role in building brand awareness, engaging target audiences, and driving traffic and conversions through various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
Manage and grow brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
Lead the digital content calendar and ensure timely, engaging, and on-brand publishing of posts, stories, videos, and reels.
Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to deliver high-quality visual and video content.
Assign and supervise work across the digital marketing team to ensure consistency and timely delivery.
Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and manage customer feedback professionally.
Monitor social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns, contests, and influencer collaborations to boost engagement.
Analyze campaign and post performance using analytics tools; prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all platforms.
Coordinate with other departments including marketing, sales, and design to support overall business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
5-6 years of hands-on experience in managing social media for brands or agencies.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Experience leading or collaborating with a creative team (designers, editors, content creators).
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and project management skills.

Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.)
