Vleafy Technologies Private Limited is looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager to plan, create, and manage brand and client social media presence. You will drive engaging creative concepts, keep pages consistently active, coordinate with designers and clients, ensure timely posting, and prepare clear performance reports for client presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy, Planning & Calendars
Build and maintain
monthly post calendars
and
marketing calendars
aligned with campaign goals and business priorities.
Develop content themes and creative directions that
increase brand recall
and audience engagement.
Ensure client social pages are
active, consistent, and responsive
.
Content & Execution
Create strong, engaging
creative concepts
for posts, reels, stories, carousels, and campaigns.
Write clear, brand-aligned
captions, hooks, CTAs, and messaging
for different platforms.
Coordinate with designers and ensure creatives are delivered as per briefs, formats, and deadlines.
Schedule, publish, and monitor content using platform and scheduling tools; ensure
posts go live on time
.
Community & Engagement
Engage with audiences through comments, DMs (as per brand tone), and basic community management.
Track trends, platform updates, and competitor activity and apply insights to content strategy.
Client Coordination
Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, approvals, and deliverables.
Maintain clear communication, follow-ups, and documentation to keep work moving smoothly.
Present updates and performance insights confidently during client discussions.
Reporting & Performance
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, growth, clicks, best content, learnings).
Convert data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience managing social media for brands (agency or in-house).
Strong creative thinking + ability to execute consistently.
Good design sense and understanding of layouts, typography, color balance, and visual storytelling.
Hands-on knowledge of:
Instagram, LinkedIn
, and platform-specific best practices
Meta Business Suite
(publishing, boosting, insights)
Social scheduling/management tools like
Hootsuite
(or similar)
AI Tools & Tech (Must Have)
Candidate should be confident using AI tools to improve speed and creativity, such as:
ChatGPT, Gemini
AI video/content tools (e.g.,
Veo
)
Image generation tools (e.g.,
Image Gen
)
Other emerging AI tools/workflows for ideation, scripting, captioning, content repurposing (e.g., "nano banana" or similar tools used for rapid iterations)
(We value responsible AI usage--originality, fact-checking, and brand safety matter.)
Tools Knowledge (Preferred)
Canva
and/or
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Social media analytics and reporting tools
Basic understanding of paid boosting/ads is a plus
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
SEO knowledge
and understanding of content discoverability
Basic video editing and reel-first content thinking
Copywriting that supports conversion (leads, traffic, inquiries)
