Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X
, and others.
Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
Create captions, hashtags, and basic creatives (coordination with design team).
Analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Track trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for campaign execution.
Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Prepare regular performance reports and improvement suggestions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
Experience with tools like
Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva
, etc.
Basic understanding of
paid ads, reach, engagement, and conversions

Excellent communication and content writing skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
