Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement a
social media strategy
across platforms such as
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
based on target audience insights.

2. Content Creation & Management
Plan, create, and publish engaging content: posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, and product highlights.
Ensure content aligns with Neomod's brand voice and premium positioning.
Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all channels.
3. Community Engagement
Respond professionally to comments, DMs, mentions, and customer queries.
Foster a vibrant and loyal online community.
Monitor audience interactions and trends.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Prepare periodic performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations.

5. Collaboration & Campaigns
Work with design, sales, product, and marketing teams for coordinated campaigns.
Support influencer collaborations and paid promotions to increase visibility.

Experiment with new formats and features to keep content fresh and engaging.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree
in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience
in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong content creation skills with basic design sense (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Proficiency in scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
