Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Develop monthly social media calendars aligned with brand and marketing goals.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to improve engagement.
Run paid campaigns and boost posts when required.
Coordinate with the design and content team for v
isuals, reels, and creatives

Respond to c
omments, messages, and inquiries promptly
.
Track
performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and suggest creative ideas.
Manage influencer collaborations and social promotions when needed.
Required Skills
:
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.
Basic understanding of
Canva, Photoshop
, or similar design tools.
Familiarity with
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads,
and
analytics tools
.
Excellent
communication, creativity,
and
storytelling skills
.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand pages.
Basic video editing or reel creation knowledge is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
Experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment preferred.
Freshers with creative and proactive skills are welcome to apply.
