- Social Media Manager (with Content Writing Skills)

We are looking for a

Social Media Manager

who can take full ownership of our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate should be strong in content writing (English & Tamil), video-based content creation, campaign ideas, and overall social media strategy.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a strong social media strategy for brand growth Create and maintain a monthly content calendar Write engaging English & Tamil content for posts, reels, captions, and campaigns Develop engaging video ideas and work with the team to execute high-performing reels Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement Plan and develop creative campaign concepts tailored to brand goals Track trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to optimise content Coordinate with design and video teams for smooth execution Analyse performance metrics and prepare monthly reports

Requirements

6 months to 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends Excellent content writing skills in both English and Tamil Ability to create or ideate engaging video content (reels & short-form videos) Creative thinking, consistency, and strong communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Knowledge of Canva or basic video editing tools is an added advantage Basic SEO knowledge is a plus
