Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals. Plan monthly content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others. Create engaging content -- posts, reels, stories, captions, and basic creatives. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement (DMs, comments, queries). Track performance metrics and share weekly/monthly reports. Run social media campaigns and collaborate with influencers when required. Stay updated with current trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies. Coordinate with the design, marketing, and product teams for content planning.

Required Skills



Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends. Good communication and copywriting skills. Ability to think creatively and visually. Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, etc.) Basic understanding of analytics and reporting. Ability to work independently and manage timelines.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing. Portfolio of previous work is a plus.
