Develop and implement a clear social media strategy aligned with marketing goals
Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, videos, reels, etc.) on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
Build and manage a content calendar ensuring consistent brand tone and messaging
Monitor, respond, and engage with audience comments, DMs, and mentions
Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare regular performance reports
Manage paid social campaigns, optimize performance, and track ROI
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams for campaign alignment
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2-4 years of experience managing brand social media accounts
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
Proficiency in using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
Solid understanding of analytics and audience insights
Creative mindset with an eye for design, trends, and visual storytelling
