Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with academy goals.
Create and manage content (posts, reels, stories, videos) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant.
Handle social media campaigns and promotional activities for admissions and events.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and queries promptly.
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding.
Requirements
1-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of all major social media platforms.
Ability to create engaging visual and written content.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and paid promotions.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Preferred Skills
Experience in education or training sector.
Basic design/video editing knowledge (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Ability to plan and execute ad campaigns.
