We're looking for a creative yet structured Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager -- someone who understands luxury, aesthetics, and digital strategy all at once.
What You'll Do
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
Write engaging, brand-aligned captions with a refined, sophisticated tone.
Monitor analytics, track engagement, and suggest strategies to increase organic reach.
Coordinate with the graphic designer and video editor for visuals when needed.
Influencer Marketing
Identify and reach out to content creators (barter + paid collaborations).
Manage influencer deliverables -- reels, stories, reviews, discount codes, and UGC.
Track influencer performance and maintain reports.
Assist in planning monthly campaigns and gifting programs.
Email Marketing
Create and schedule basic email campaigns through Shopify Email or Klaviyo.
Build customer segments and suggest ideas for seasonal promotions.
Track open rates, clicks, and conversions to optimize performance.
Team Coordination
Work closely with the Marketing Head and Master Perfumer to align content with product launches.
Participate in creative brainstorming for upcoming collections, campaigns, and events.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (luxury, beauty, or fashion brands preferred).
Strong understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and aesthetic curation.
Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for quick edits.
Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Shopify Email, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp).
Good written English; ability to write captions that feel elegant, not robotic.* Strong sense of accountability, time management, and creativity.
Bonus Skills
Interest in perfumes, beauty, or luxury branding.
Basic video editing and photography skills.
Understanding of analytics tools and influencer performance metrics.
