1. Job Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand presence across social media platforms. The role focuses on real estate and construction marketing, engaging prospective clients, showcasing projects, and building trust through content.
2. Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
Identify target audiences (homebuyers, investors, corporate clients) and create platform-specific campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends in the real estate sector.
Content Creation & Management
Plan and manage a monthly content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and WhatsApp marketing.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to create high-quality visuals, reels, and promotional videos of projects.
Write engaging captions, posts, blogs, and ad copies.
Highlight ongoing projects, construction progress, customer testimonials, and CSR activities.
Campaign Management
Manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram promotions).
Optimize ads for lead generation and conversions.
Monitor ad spend, ROI, and performance metrics.
Community Engagement
Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries on all platforms.
Engage with customers through interactive posts (polls, quizzes, contests).
Manage and grow the company's online community.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze KPIs: engagement rate, reach, impressions, click-throughs, leads generated.
Generate weekly and monthly reports for management.
Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
3. Skills & Qualifications
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree (MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
Professional Experience
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing/social media management.
Experience in real estate, construction, or lifestyle industry preferred.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in social media tools: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
Basic design and video editing skills (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva).
Soft Skills
Excellent communication (English & Hindi; local language is a plus).
Creative thinking and storytelling ability.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
