Job Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence, enhance brand awareness, and drive audience engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital trends, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to analyze data for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with company goals. Plan and execute content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.). Create engaging, high-quality content, including posts, reels, videos, and stories. Monitor, respond, and engage with followers to foster community growth. Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align campaigns. Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize for ROI. Track and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare monthly reports. Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes. Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience (1+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.). Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Basic photo/video editing knowledge. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
