We are looking for a

creative and fashion-savvy Social Media Executive

with 4+ years of experience in managing social media for

women's apparel or fashion retail brands

. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of women's fashion, styling, and retail trends, along with hands-on experience in Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads, and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Create engaging posts, reels, and video content with a focus on women's fashion. Coordinate shoots, outfits, and styling requirements. Manage influencer collaborations and community engagement. Track performance, analyze results, and report growth metrics.

Requirements:

Graduate in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Marketing Communication (NIFT preferred). 4-8 years of social media management experience in

fashion/women's apparel

. Strong communication skills and fashion sensibility. Basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop) and video editing skills.
