Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across all social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices, as well as the ability to create compelling content and collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Create and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals. Develop, curate, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms. Plan and execute social media content calendars. Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly to foster positive engagement. Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics. Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and innovations. Manage influencer partnerships and track campaign performance. Escalate concerns to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Required Experience and Education:

Bachelor degree in relevant field Agency experience mandatory Client relationship experience mandatory Design team and video team handling experience mandatory
