Key Responsibilities:? Strategy & Planning
Develop, execute, and optimize an effective
social media strategy
aligned with our vision, services, and branding.
Plan monthly and weekly
content calendars
(posts, videos, stories, reels, etc.) based on product updates, events, campaigns, and user engagement trends.
Work closely with the design teams to align social strategy with overall business goals.

Write engaging captions, hashtags, and calls to action based on platform trends and audience behavior.
Record or manage
behind-the-scenes content, live sessions, and event coverage

? Engagement & Community Building
Monitor all social platforms (
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube
) and respond promptly to DMs, comments, and mentions.
Build a strong online community and develop relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
Moderate online discussions and nurture customer relationships.
? Campaigns & Brand Storytelling
Design and manage
campaigns, product launches, contests, and promotions
that drive reach and conversions.
Share authentic and impactful
stories from clients, employees, or company milestones
to build an emotional connection.
? Analytics, Reporting & Innovation
Use tools like
Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics
, and
LinkedIn Analytics
to track performance metrics.
Generate and present
monthly performance reports
and suggest new directions based on data.
Stay updated on

Regularly recommend new tools, formats, or technologies that can boost reach and engagement.
Take initiative in staying up to date with
emerging tools
like Buffer, Later, Planoly, ChatGPT, CapCut, or Adobe Express.
Required Skills & Tools:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in social media marketing and digital content creation.
Strong command over tools like:
Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Figma

Meta Business Suite, Instagram & Facebook Insights
Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics
Reel/video editing tools
(e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, InShot, VN)
Strong copywriting and storytelling ability with attention to tone and brand personality.
Knowledge of
social media ad platforms
is a plus.
Good understanding of
SEO basics

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Eligibility Criteria:
