Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client and brand goals
Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
Create engaging content including captions, creatives, reels, and short videos
Plan monthly content calendars and campaign strategies
Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement
Analyze performance using insights and analytics tools; prepare reports
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
Coordinate with design, content, and performance marketing teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and tools
Excellent written communication and content ideation skills
Basic understanding of graphic/video tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience handling agency-based or multiple client accounts
Knowledge of paid social media campaigns
Understanding of branding and digital marketing fundamentals
