We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to plan, execute, and optimize social media strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should understand content, trends, ads, and analytics, with a strong focus on lead generation and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement monthly social media calendars
Manage platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & WhatsApp
Plan content aligned with brand goals (admissions, leads, brand awareness)
Content Planning & Coordination
Coordinate with designers, video editors & content writers
Create briefs for reels, posts, carousels & stories
Stay updated with trends, reels, audios & hashtags
Performance Marketing Support
Assist in Meta Ads planning (lead & engagement campaigns)
Monitor post & ad performance (reach, CTR, CPL, engagement)
Suggest improvements based on insights
Community Management
Respond to comments, DMs & inquiries professionally
Handle WhatsApp & Instagram lead follow-ups (basic level)
Maintain brand tone and customer trust
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports
Track growth metrics: followers, engagement, leads
Analyze competitors and recommend strategies
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Instagram & Facebook algorithms
Experience with Meta Business Suite & Creator Studio
Understanding of content marketing & basic ad funnels
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or Adobe tools
Good communication & coordination skills
