Plan and create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, blogs) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages promptly.
Track social media analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize strategies for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for campaigns, promotions, and brand consistency.
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Stay updated with current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Build partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to enhance reach.
Handle online reputation management and engage with the online community positively.
Monitor competitors' activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and analytics tools.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid social campaigns is a plus.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
