• Track and analyze social media metrics and create regular performance reports.
• Stay current with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Manage social media calendar and content scheduling.
• Handle crisis communication and reputation management on social platforms.
• Coordinate with influencers and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
• Oversee paid social media campaigns and budget allocation.
