Key Responsibilities:



Social Media Executive -

Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Assist in the creation of multimedia content (images, videos, reels, stories). Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to inform content strategies. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Track and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, etc.). Support campaign planning, execution, and reporting. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media with brand goals.

Social Media Manager -



Develop and oversee comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals. Manage a team of social media executives and content creators. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for improved results. Coordinate with other departments (marketing, sales, customer service) to align messaging. Stay up to date with platform changes and emerging trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Manage crisis communication and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Present monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Skills & Qualifications:



Social Media Executive -

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in social media management or content creation. Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.). Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing apps. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and trends. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).

Social Media Manager -



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related discipline (Master's is a plus). 3-5 years of proven experience in managing social media strategies and teams. Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills. Expertise in paid advertising across social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Sprout Social, etc.). Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong copywriting and storytelling skills. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
