Job Summary
The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, and executing effective social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engagement, and growth across multiple platforms. The role involves managing the content calendar, analyzing trends, coordinating with the design team, and tracking performance to ensure consistent and impactful brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage
monthly social media content calendars
for all brand pages.
Create, schedule, and post engaging content across
LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Okayti
pages.
Coordinate with
designers, photographers, and content creators
to ensure timely delivery of creatives.
Stay updated with the
latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates
to ensure brand relevance.
Monitor and analyze
page performance, engagement metrics, and audience insights
to refine strategy.
Maintain
brand consistency
in tone, style, and visual identity across all social media platforms.
Actively
engage with audiences
, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
Collaborate with internal teams for
campaign ideas, new product launches, and promotional activities
.
Track
competitors' social media activities
and suggest innovative content ideas to maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare
monthly performance reports
highlighting key achievements, growth, and improvement areas.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
social media platforms, analytics, and advertising tools

Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging and relevant content ideas.
Familiarity with
social media management tools
(e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
