Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Pinterest, WhatsApp Business).
Align social media campaigns with overall marketing and business objectives.
Identify growth opportunities and innovative engagement methods.
2. Content Creation & Management
Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, videos, and live sessions.
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.
Manage content calendars for timely and consistent posting.
3. Community Management
Handle daily interactions: respond to comments, DMs, and queries promptly.
Build and engage online communities to strengthen brand loyalty.
Monitor brand mentions and manage online reputation.
4. Paid Campaigns
Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.).
Track campaign ROI and optimize performance for conversions and engagement.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and platform-specific insights.
Prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations for management.
Continuously refine strategies based on data and audience insights.
6. Collaboration & Partnerships
Work with design, content, and product teams for consistent branding.
Coordinate with influencers, bloggers, and external partners to boost reach.
Support SEO, PR, and digital marketing activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
4-8 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Proven track record of managing both organic and paid campaigns.
Key Skills Required
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
Excellent content writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
Proficiency in social tools (Meta Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Google Analytics).
Basic design & video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, Photoshop).
Strong planning, organization, and project management abilities.
