Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies specifically aimed at
generating leads
and driving conversions.
Run
paid ad campaigns
(e.g., Facebook Lead Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Promotions) targeting potential customers.
Design and manage lead funnels through social platforms, landing pages, and CTAs.
Create engaging and action-driven content including posts, graphics, and short videos to attract and convert audiences.
Optimize campaign performance using analytics and A/B testing to reduce cost per lead (CPL).
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and follow-up of generated leads.
Track and report on lead volume, cost, source, and conversion rates regularly.
Stay current with trends in social media marketing and lead generation tactics.
Monitor competitors and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
social media marketing with a strong focus on lead generation
.
Hands-on experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
Strong understanding of digital funnels, customer journey, and conversion optimization.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and basic CRM systems.
Excellent communication and content creation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field preferred.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with lead generation tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp.
Knowledge of remarketing strategies and lookalike audience campaigns.
Video editing or motion graphics skills for ad creatives.
