Job Title: Social Media Manager

We're looking for a creative Social Media Manager to join our team. If you enjoy managing content, growing online communities, and turning ideas into engaging posts, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Manage and grow our social media accounts Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories Write captions that connect with our audience Monitor messages and comments and respond promptly Track performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to stay on top of trending content Monitor audience engagement across all assigned platforms using insights and analytics tools Write error-free content, including messages, captions, and post copy Edit and polish existing content to improve clarity and readability Research trending industry hashtags and incorporate them into new posts Identify audience needs and recommend new campaigns to strengthen social media presence Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content (text, photos, videos, and news) Suggest and implement new features to build brand awareness, including promotions and contests Use social media marketing and scheduling tools effectively
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices Excellent consulting, writing, presentation, and communication skills Solid understanding of online marketing and major digital marketing channels Strong social media content writing and communication skills Good understanding of social media KPIs and performance metrics
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,406.38 - ₹22,356.23 per month
