Build and maintain customer relationships.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with operations and customer support teams for smooth orders processing
Maintain records of leads, calls, and bookings. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues through various channels like phone, email, or in person.
Relationship management Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Data management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and information in a customer database.
Internal coordination Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and to enhance the overall customer experience.
Feedback and analysis Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and provide insights to management, which helps improve service quality and business strategies.
Customer retention Support and implement strategies to retain customers and encourage loyalty.
Requirements
