JHS Media is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable
Social Media Manager
to manage and grow our
Jainism-focused community pages
. This role requires a deep understanding, respect, and interest in
Jain culture, values, traditions, saints, temples, festivals, and philosophy
.
Important:
This role is strictly for handling
Jainism community content only
. Candidates must be comfortable working exclusively with Jain religious and cultural content.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily content for Jainism-focused social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Plan and schedule posts related to Jain religion, saints, pravachans, temples, festivals, history & values
Write accurate, respectful, and engaging captions aligned with Jain principles
Coordinate with designers, video editors & content creators
Monitor engagement, comments, messages & community interactions
Stay updated with Jain events, chaturmas, mahotsavs, and religious calendars
Ensure content authenticity, dignity, and cultural sensitivity
Analyze insights and improve reach & engagement organically
Requirements
2-4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager (community or culture-based pages preferred)
Strong knowledge or genuine interest in
Jainism & Jain community
Excellent English communication skills (Hindi knowledge is a plus)
Experience with reels, shorts, captions & hashtag strategy
Understanding of social media analytics & trends
Respectful, disciplined & detail-oriented approach
