Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to plan, develop, and manage content across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing brand awareness, increasing engagement, and driving traffic through compelling content and data-driven social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories)
Manage and monitor social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube)
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities
Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics using analytics tools
Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
Manage paid social media campaigns (optional or role-dependent)
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
Handle social media crises and reputation management when needed
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with strong visual and storytelling skills
Experience with social media management and analytics tools
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with paid social media advertising
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles
Influencer marketing experience
Ability to analyse data and optimize content performance
