Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Social Media Manager, located in Jaipur. We're looking for a

creative, strategy-driven Social Media Manager

who is comfortable with shoots, understands content deeply, and can manage both clients and internal teams efficiently. This role requires hands-on execution along with strong planning and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute

social media strategies

aligned with brand goals Be actively involved in

on-ground and studio shoots

(coordination, content direction) Create and oversee

UGC content

, including

script writing and ideation

Stay updated with

social media trends, formats, and platform updates

Design basic creatives and posts using tools like

Canva

Communicate effectively with

clients

, understand their requirements, and manage expectations Coordinate with internal teams (design, video, performance) to ensure timely delivery Monitor content performance and optimize strategies accordingly

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in social media management or related roles Comfortable with

shoot environments

and content production Strong knowledge of

UGC formats, scripting, and storytelling

Excellent

communication skills

with fluency in

English and Hindi

Basic proficiency in

Canva or similar design tools

Creative thinker with a

strategy-first approach

Strong client-handling and team coordination skills In-depth understanding of

social media platforms, terminology, and trends

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
