Social Media Manager/Executive
to take charge of our social media strategy, content creation, and community management. In this role, you will oversee Shag Infotech's social media presence, create engaging content, foster community interactions, and optimize campaigns to increase brand awareness, user engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media initiatives align with Shag Infotech's business objectives and overall digital marketing strategies.
Identify emerging trends and relevant social media platforms to position Shag Infotech as a thought leader in the IT and digital services industry.
Content Creation & Curation:
Plan, create, and publish engaging, informative, and visually appealing content (including graphics, videos, blog posts, and infographics) for social media channels.
Tailor content to different platforms to ensure optimal engagement and reach.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts across all channels.
Community Engagement & Customer Support:
Monitor and engage with Shag Infotech's online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Build relationships with influencers, clients, and followers to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
Address customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels, escalating issues when necessary.
Social Media Advertising & Campaigns:
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to promote Shag Infotech's services, generate leads, and drive traffic to the website.
Manage budgets for paid campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
Provide regular reports on KPIs, including growth in followers, engagement rates, and overall social media performance.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize content, and improve results.
Brand Consistency & Voice:
Ensure that all content and communications reflect Shag Infotech's brand voice, mission, and values across all social media channels.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive and on-brand messaging across platforms.
Trend Analysis & Industry Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, as well as industry best practices.
Identify new opportunities for Shag Infotech to leverage social media to its advantage in the ever-changing digital landscape.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management, ideally in the tech or digital services industry.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategies, and best practices.
Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
Creative thinking with the ability to design engaging content (graphics, videos, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for technology, digital marketing, and staying on top of industry trends.
Experience in managing paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads) is a plus.
