? About the Role

We are looking for a creative, dedicated, and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our brand's online presence from anywhere. This is a full-time remote position, requiring strong communication skills, discipline, and the ability to deliver high-quality work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a monthly social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Create and manage a consistent content calendar Write engaging captions, plan campaigns, and coordinate content creation Work with design/video teams or create basic designs when needed Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates Engage with followers--respond to comments, DMs, and community messages Run and optimize paid advertisement campaigns (if required) Track KPIs and provide weekly/monthly performance reports Collaborate remotely with internal teams for marketing alignment Maintain brand tone and ensure high-quality content delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (freelance or full-time) Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio Excellent communication and copywriting skills Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines Basic understanding of analytics and data-driven strategy
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Experience with SEO, influencer collaborations, or performance marketing Basic photography/videography skills Experience managing brand or influencer pages
