We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage, grow, and engage our online community. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creative content creation, social media strategy, analytics and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute monthly social media calendars.
Create engaging and creative content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) aligned with brand guidelines.
Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports.
Coordinate with design, marketing & leadership teams for campaigns.
Monitor trends, competitor strategies, and new platform updates.
Engage with the audience: respond to comments, DMs, and community queries.
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience managing social media for brands with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of content trends, reels, and growth strategies.
Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools.
Excellent creative copywriting & good communication skills.
Understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
