About the Role

We are looking for a

creative and results-driven Social Media Manager

to take charge of our online presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging content, managing brand reputation, and driving audience growth across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and publish engaging

content (Reels, posts, stories, videos, infographics)

tailored to each platform. Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.). Develop and execute a

monthly content calendar

aligned with brand strategy. Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral formats to keep our content fresh and engaging. Manage social media outreach, collaborations, and influencer partnerships. Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions to maintain engagement. Analyze performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to align campaigns. Stay up-to-date with the latest

Requirements

Proven work experience as a

Social Media Manager / Content Creator

. Strong skills in

Reels editing, short-form video creation, and graphic design tools

(Canva, Photoshop, or similar). Excellent understanding of all major social media platforms and their best practices. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills. Ability to run outreach campaigns and build relationships with influencers/partners. Data-driven mindset with experience using

analytics and insights

for improvement. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies. Familiarity with social media automation tools
