We are looking for a creative and results-driven

Social Media Executive

to manage our online presence, build brand awareness, and engage with our audience across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with company goals. Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions, reels, stories, etc.) for all social media platforms -- Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, etc. Plan and execute monthly social media calendars and campaigns. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions). Stay updated with current social media trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. Respond to followers' comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Manage paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) if required. Coordinate with influencers or brand partners for collaborations and promotions. Support other digital marketing initiatives such as email campaigns or website content.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.). Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand tone. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Preferred Skills:

Basic graphic design and video editing skills. Experience with paid ad management and analytics. Understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
