We are looking for a highly creative and strategic
Social Media Manager
to lead our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about social trends, storytelling, and data-driven decision-making. This role will involve managing content calendars, building communities, driving engagement, running ad campaigns, and ensuring the brand voice is consistent across all social touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars across platforms.
Content Creation & Management
Work with creative teams to design engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
Write compelling copy in line with the brand's tone of voice.
Ensure timely scheduling, posting, and monitoring of content.
Community Building & Engagement
Build and nurture online communities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
Respond to messages, comments, and queries in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
Foster influencer collaborations and partnerships.
Performance & Analytics
Track key metrics (engagement, reach, followers, conversions).
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Optimize strategies based on performance data.
Advertising & Campaigns
Collaborate with the performance marketing team on ad campaigns.
Assist in creating ad creatives, targeting strategies, and tracking results.
Support special campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in social media management.
Strong knowledge of platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).
Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.).
Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
Creative eye for design, trends, and aesthetics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Preferred
Experience with paid social campaigns and influencer marketing.
Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
