As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading our social media strategies, creating engaging content, and fostering a vibrant online community. Your creative insights and analytical skills will help us showcase our products, projects, and brand philosophy uniquely and engagingly across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop innovative, platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
Content Creation:
Conceptualize, design, and write compelling posts, reels, stories, and videos that highlight our products, styling ideas, customer stories, and ongoing projects.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute content calendars, seasonal promotions, influencer collaborations, and marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
Brand Voice & Aesthetic:
Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and visual style across all content to reinforce brand identity.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate analytics reports, and optimize strategies for improved results.
Community Engagement:
Actively respond to comments, DMs, and queries, building a loyal and engaged online community.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, design, and marketing teams for updates, product launches, and content ideas.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:
3 to 5 years of proven experience managing brand social media profiles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Excellent storytelling skills in English, with Hindi language skills being a plus.
Deep understanding of social media trends, reels, platform algorithms, and best practices.
Photography/videography skills or experience coordinating basic shoots.
Analytical mindset with familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and insights.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience working with Clothing brands.
Basic knowledge of paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
Experience in influencer marketing and collaborations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
