Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals Manage content calendar and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.) Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels) Monitor, respond to, and engage with community comments and messages Track performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize based on insights Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices Collaborate with designers, marketing, and other teams for campaigns

Requirements:

Proven experience as a social media manager with a company not with multiple client as in agencies Strong understanding of key platforms and audience behavior Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc. Ability to analyze data and make strategy recommendations Creative mindset with attention to detail
