Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning:
2. Create monthly content calendars with engaging posts, campaigns, and seasonal themes.
3. Oversee or create engaging, original content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
4. Work closely with the graphic designer and content writer to maintain brand consistency.
5. Manage Delwingz's presence across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
6. Plan and execute ad campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and sales.
7. Monitor comments, messages, to build positive relationships with customers.
8. Run contests, polls, and community-driven campaigns to increase interaction.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager, preferably in F&B, FMCG, or D2C brands.
3. Strong knowledge of major platforms, tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite), and trends.
4. Creativity, excellent writing skills, and visual storytelling ability.
5. Experience in performance marketing and influencer collaboration is a plus.
