About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Social Media Manager
with a strong blend of
creative marketing skills and technical knowledge
to join our growing team in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing our social media presence across various platforms while integrating tools and technologies to maximize performance.
This role requires someone who not only understands the pulse of social media trends but also brings a
technical mindset
to analyze data, automate tasks, integrate digital tools, and support website and campaign backends when needed.
Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Content:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Create engaging and original content (text, graphics, videos, reels, etc.)
Schedule and publish content regularly using social media tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
Run creative campaigns, contests, and promotions to boost brand engagement
Technical & Analytical:
Use analytical tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to track performance and optimize campaigns
Implement UTM tagging and track conversions and lead funnels via Google Tag Manager or similar tools
Integrate social media with website/blog CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
Coordinate with the development team for landing page setup, tracking codes, and SEO-related improvements
Set up automation tools like Zapier or CRM integration
Advertising & Paid Media:
Plan and execute paid campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other platforms
Optimize ad spending, A/B test creatives, monitor performance metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROI
Community Engagement:
Respond promptly to customer queries and comments on social channels
Engage with influencers, industry professionals, and brand advocates
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply them as appropriate
Reporting & Insights:
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media KPIs
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, IT, or a related field
2-4 years of proven experience in managing social media for brands or agencies
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing basics
Technical proficiency in tools like:
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
WordPress/Shopify/CMS systems
Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager
Automation tools like Zapier or Make
Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with photo/video editing
Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics (optional but preferred)
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoo, etc.)
